Security warnings
The https version of your site fails or the certificate has lapsed, so browsers warn people away and label the site "Not secure". Usually a hosting or certificate setting.
Website fixes & repairs · Sydney
Security warnings, an expired page, a Google listing that goes nowhere, a footer still saying 2016. Send us your web address and we'll tell you what's wrong for free, then fix it from $60 an hour with the estimate agreed first.
What we fix
Many take an hour or two to put right. All of them cost you customers while they're there.
The https version of your site fails or the certificate has lapsed, so browsers warn people away and label the site "Not secure". Usually a hosting or certificate setting.
"Website Expired", "Account suspended" or a maintenance page with just a phone number. Something has lapsed: hosting, the domain or a builder subscription. We find out which and get the site back.
The website link on your Google Business Profile opens an error, a web builder's home page or your Facebook page, so anyone who taps it sees nothing useful. We fix the link and the page it lands on.
A browser tab that says "Just another WordPress site", a footer reading "© 2035 by" someone else, a Brooklyn address on the contact page. These show up in Google, and customers notice.
A copyright year from years ago, prices and staff that have changed, a closed branch still listed. Small things that make customers wonder whether you're still trading.
Contact forms going to an old address, email links with a typo, phone numbers that aren't tappable. We test every way a customer can reach you and fix the ones that fail.
Text too small to read, buttons too close together, menus that won't open. Most of your visitors are on a phone, so this is the first thing we check.
A site on a free Wix, Weebly or Google Sites address with the builder's branding on it. We move it to your own domain and tidy it up, or rebuild it if that's cheaper.
Oversized photos, dead links and plugins nobody uses. We trim what's slowing the site down, fix what's broken, and tell you if anything needs replacing.
How it works
Use the form below, or text or call. The web address is enough; you don't need to know what's wrong.
We look at the site on a phone and a computer, check security, links, forms and your Google listing, and send you a plain-English list.
Each fix gets an estimated time at $60 an hour, and you choose what to do. If a rebuild would be cheaper, we'll say so.
We make the changes, test them on phones and desktops, and show you the before and after.
Usually not. Most platforms let you invite us as a collaborator or add a temporary user, which you remove when we're done. If a password is the only way in, change it afterwards. Your domain stays in your name throughout.
That's common. Send us the web address and we'll work out where the domain and hosting are and which account you'll need to log in with. The free check covers this.
Small fixes are usually done within a day or two of getting access. If your site is completely down, call 0414 146 027 and we'll treat it as the priority.
Sometimes. If the site is on an abandoned builder, badly out of date, or would cost more to repair than to replace, we'll say so. Starter sites begin at $500, and we'll give you both numbers so you can choose.
Yes. Our care plan, from $50 a month, covers hosting, updates, backups and security. It's optional, and hourly work has no lock-in.
WordPress, Shopify, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, Google Sites and hand-built sites. If a site is on something we can't work with, we'll tell you straight away rather than guess.

No obligation. Davy checks the site himself and replies personally with what he found and what it would cost to fix.
